What data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily: when you send a booking or information request through the form, we collect the data you enter (name, family name, country, email, phone number, service type, date, pick-up point, destination, airport, arrival or departure time, hotel, number of passengers and luggage, and the text of your message).

Browsing data: the computer systems that run the website acquire, during normal operation, some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP address, time of the request, pages visited, browser type). They are not used to identify you and are processed only to ensure the correct functioning of the site.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the data you send us exclusively to reply to your requests and, if you confirm a booking, to provide the requested service. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the form, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention and disclosure

Data are processed by authorized staff and kept for the time necessary to handle your request; if no booking follows, they are deleted at the end of the relevant season. They are not disseminated and are communicated to third parties only if necessary to provide the requested service or required by law.

Under Articles 15–22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing, data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
